The cleaning process ensures the product will not lift from the concrete. This is the most important part of the whole procedure and at Resurf Spray N Seal we do not take short cuts when it comes to our work. At Resurf Spray N Seal you can always be sure that we will take all the necessary measures to ensure chemicals do not come into contact with anything it can damage. Most chemicals we use are water soluble and will not cause damage when diluted.

Resurf Spray N Seal uses an acrylic, modified cementicious coating designed to achieve a strong and durable textured finish, transforming the surface into a coloured, patterned surface without the cost and fuss of removal and replacement of the existing plain concrete. It is 4 times stronger than regular concrete due to the acrylic bonder which is added to it (as opposed to water). It is made to last. The product is approximately two (2) to three (3) mm thick.

This depends on your surroundings. Generally people try to select colours to compliment their environment. What colour is your roof, walls, fence, posts, awnings, downpipes and gutters? This is a very individual choice and we are more than happy to take the time you need to sit down and discuss your various options. You must not:

• Do not apply solvent based cleaning products to the surface.
• Use water based products only.
• Do not apply acid or chemical products to the surface.
• Do not drag heavy furniture across the surface.
• Do not walk on surface for 24 hours.
• Do not drive on the surface for five days after application.

You must:

• Most oil stains will wash off with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
• Remove spillages as soon as they happen.
• Sweep and hose down surface on a regular basis.
• Call Resurf Spray N Seal for resealing or you can choose to reseal the surface yourself.

Sometimes a new job may get white or cloudy looking patches. This is caused by moisture getting into the concrete, which crystallizes and rises to the surface as it dries. This can also be caused by rain before the sealer has had a chance to dry, normally five hours. Notify us immediately if this occurs and we will come and reseal your job at no additional cost. Resealing eliminates the problem.

This is the same 'white' look old jobs may get once the sealer has worn off and rain and moisture get into the concrete. In this case, a clean and reseal is needed to fix it.

Over time weather and traffic will eventually wear down the coat of sealer, and again if it gets wet this will cause whitening/cloudy patches over the job. The sealer is like a protective coating. This is why we recommend clean and re-seals every 2 years to protect the job and keep it looking like new.

This varies on what you are having done. Apart from full stencil jobs with borders and stencil patterns, there are taped patterns, and just plain blanket coats (one colour), so the price varies.
